Successfully iBS’ team completed the development of a software application for electronic voting in Hellenic Parliament.

It’s finally a reality! On March 19th we launched with complete success the first electronic voting and up to today all that has been conducted, fully satisfied the President and Members of Parliament. The easy-to-use electronic voting software allowed for the speedy completion of article voting by the members of parliament and the immediate appearance of the results on the screens of the Parliament House. It is worth mentioning that through the software we designed and implemented for the Greek Parliament, the Legislative Service can have precise data for every voting (Who Voted, Who were absent, and more) in a few minutes, a process that until recently took hours.

It is also worth pointing out that in the first electronic voting of the Parliament after the proposition of parliament member Liana Kanelli, parliament members applauded the technicians and Parliament technical services staff for their work!

We kindly thank the company Simon Technologies S.A. for the assignment of the project for the designing and development of electronic voting software, for the constant trust and support during development process.

The equipment our Parliament members will be using from now on to vote, is Bosch Dicentis and the installed application designed and developed by iBS according to the needs of the Greek Parliament #ELVOTEforDicentis.
